Established in 1886, Demínka is one of the longest running establishments in Prague. The restaurant’s unique light and airy interior has been retained to this day. The high ceilings are decorated with Art Nouveau stucco elements that are protected landmarks.
It is obvious at first glance that today’s lounge area formerly served as a games room and the original decor provides evidence that it was a gathering place for chess, billiards and card players.
