All the meals are prepared by our team under the direction of a creative chef Pavel Šupitar, who, based on his long-term experience from renowned Czech restaurants, has prepared original recipes for Žebírkov.

All dishes are always freshly prepared from the best ingredients. We only serve high quality meat that come exclusively from Czech breeds and use hand-picked BIO salt “Flor de Sal” that comes from Mallorca. All the other ingredients are sourced from local Czech farmers or our own herb garden.
Our food is 98% glutten free and suitable for celiacs, too.
