We opened Vycep. Modern pub – Dalesice as a drafted beer, czech cuisine with a touch of Valassko under the supervision of the chef Jirka Hrachovy and his partner Vojta Nemrava.
Two years of work, conceiving the concept, discovering old-fashioned things and all the details. Collaboration with leading architect Martin Senberger and his team from Mar.S Architects. The whole idea was born in Nejen Bistro when NB partners invited Jirka Hrachovy, a native of Valassko – characteristic area situated in the Moravia region. Jirka is a brilliant chef and leader. New cooperation with Dalesice brewery, who reconstructed the house in Korunni Street for 5 years, helped and Dalesice provided us with a beautiful space for our new achievement. It was supposed to be something else, something new. Czech beerhouse with Moravian roots. Our chefs, Jirka Hrachovy and his partner Vojta Nemrava, discover old recipes and deliver a touch of Valassko with a modern concept to the Czech cuisine. Whats else you can enjoy in Vycep?
