Rebuy Stars Casino Savarin is the oldest casino in Central Europe, just since 1905. In 1911, the very first roulette in Central Europe was brought to Casino Savarin directly from Monte Carlo. The Casino at Savarin Palace has become so significant that it has regularly hosted the actors of the nearby Estates Theater or a prominent figure in Prague’s social life of the first half of the twentieth century. Let’s name Jan Werich, Hugo Haas, Karel Čapek or Ferdinand Peroutka. The receptions for foreign ambassadors was held at Casino Savarin by the first Czech President T.G. Masaryk. The operation of the casino wasn’t affected by the period of World War II or the period of communism. Wild nineties meant slight neglect of Savrin Palace, which Rebuy Stars (took over Savarin Casino in March 2016) has been restored to its original state.
