Patra Krymská

Patra is an art gallery and community space with its own cinema and full-service cafe/bar that occupies the first two floors of Krymská 17, in Prague’s legendary Vršovice neighborhood.

Created by the community organization behind Mezipatra, the Czech Republic’s only queer film festival, Patra is a place to meet people who are not afraid to jump out of their boxes. Come for a drink at Patra, or head upstairs to the gallery to catch a film or view our latest exhibition of contemporary art. Patra provides a warm, safe environment to explore culture and challenge your perspectives.

About Mezipatra: For those who don’t view the world through traditional gender categories, and those who simply love good art with a social conscience, Mezipatra is a film festival that demonstrates the importance of diversity in film and life. As one of the premier film festivals in the Czech Republic, Mezipatra brings first-class guests and feature films not normally found in normal distribution to a diverse audience of enthusiastic film-goers. With the support of Patra‘s unique programming, including special film nights, Mezipatra’s premieres and lectures are open to everyone, all year round.
